IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION
A major differentiator and what truly sets Impact apart from “traditional” uniform stores is our in-house production capabilities. With significant production capabilities in screen printing, embroidery and applied vinyl materials (reflective), our team can meet demanding production schedules and ensure the highest quality decoration. Our equipment is state-of-the art (just ask – we love giving tours). Using the industries best printing presses (MHM) and embroidery (Baruadan) we challenge anyone to present better product with more detail! We cut our reflective materials in-house too! So custom scrambles, text or logos are never a problem.
ONLINE STORES
Today’s First Responder’s are busier than ever balancing work, training and family. Gone are the days of wasting their time driving (sometimes hours) to get to a uniform supplier to only then have to return for partial pick-ups, sizing, etc. Impact’s Team will build a dedicated web-based store unique to your department/agencies needs. The store offering should mirror the uniform policy but can always have additional items offered that are marked “not for duty”! We can add a department YETI, too.
The process to build out the site has been made simple – your department works with a dedicated Account Manager to identify the items needed, decoration requirements, etc. This can take place in our showroom or at your department. Our Art Department builds detailed images of the uniforms showing all decoration/logos for approval. We then create the site and launch! Uniformity in department branding, efficient delivery, and consistent quality and service… With over 60 agencies using this service we can provide references upon request!

TIMELINES
Perhaps the single biggest struggle with uniforms today! “When can we get them?” Impact is a stocking dealer for several of the biggest suppliers in the industry. Our goal is to provide completed items within 5-7 days of ordering for stock items and 10-15 for non-stock. Where issues exist, we work to communicate the problem and our solution. We present options when possible. We recognize the criticality of uniforms for First Responder’s and take seriously the responsibility of getting delivering them quickly and accurately.
